ETC Europe scrl is an international translation company with 14 shareholding agencies throughout Europe which provide multilingual translations. In 1989 it was originally set up as a Consortium to supply the Commission of the European Communities with a complete service for translating technical documentation into all Member State languages. In 1997 the Consortium was transformed in a Belgium-based limited company, ETC Brussels NV/SA, and has been operating from there ever since. In April 2007, the additional company ETC Europe was formed with the aim of integrating more companies, in particular from the ‘new’ EU-member states, into a solid structure. ETC Europe scrl will gradually replace ETC Brussels NV/SA.
